A few questions, answered
I have an issue or need to return an order
If something isn’t right with your order, please email info@notanotherbill.com with your order number and our team can help. Our usual policy still applies: you have 14 days from delivery to notify us, and personalised items can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as ordered.
What will happen to my data?
Order data is stored for 6 years for tax reasons. After this time has passed, all data will be deleted. All marketing data will be deleted within 30 days of Not Another Bill’s closure.
I have an order I need to collect
Orders can still be picked up from our West London studio between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The pickup location is Bespoke-ly, Unit 10, 69 St Marks Rd, London W10 6JG.
Any personalised orders which have not been collected from us within 3 months will be disposed of. Any other orders, which have not been personalised, will be refunded automatically after 1 month if not collected.
