HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We will do everything we can to get your parcel there as soon as possible. In central London we can even arrange a same day courier.

Express orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Standard shipping tends to take between 2-3days within the United Kingdom.

We can also ship to many parts of the glove in just a few days. Please refer to ‘International shipping’ for more details.

CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE?

Absolutely you can add a message, we are rather proud of our gift notes. It will be printed onto a luxurious thick gift card. (Just make sure you include who it is from, unless you want it to be a surprise)

DO YOU INCLUDE RECEIPTS IN THE BOX?

No we think that would be cras especially if it is for a gift. We like to keep our parcels looking like presents. We do sometimes include a packing sheet but this has no prices on it. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT?

Yes of course if the product is faulty you have 14 days to notify us and return your parcel. Depending on the case we will either arrange collection from you or refund your return postage.

Should you just decide you don’t like the gift you can also return it to us within 14 days. However it must be in completely re-saleable condition with all the relevant parts. We will then issue a refund or credit note if desired.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We certainly do, we work with a handful of carriers to reach the four corners of the globe. The exact price is calculated by the weight in your basket. Express shipping is considerably more expensive than standard but it gets there in the fraction of the time.

Please note. Customers are responsible for any duty or taxes paid to receive the goods.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

We don’t have a shop (yet) but you can pop in and see us if you need to look at a particular present. Or if you are based locally you can click and collect your order.

DO YOU OFFER A CORPORATE OR BULK RATE?

Our corporate team can help you in finding the perfect present to thank and reward your clients and employees. From hampers and gifts sets to personalised gifts and subscriptions whatever you want to say we’ve got the perfect choice.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However during your first purchase you will be prompted to create one. Once you are registered you will be able to log in and manage your account, orders and preferences.
