La Fée Parisienne is an iconic Absinthe Supérieure, distilled using 100% natural ingredients, in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum.
To enjoy your absinthe to the fullest, we recommend the classic serve. Fill your glass with a measure of absinthe before pouring chilled water over a sugar cube placed on the included, purpose-specific steel spoon, then stir, sip and savour. After dilution, the spirit turns milky and opalescent and blooms into full flavour as essential oils trapped in the distillation process are released.
Distilled from sugar beet before being infused with nine herbs and spices, the production of this absinthe adheres to traditional techniques. Boasting an aromatic blend of Fennel, Aniseed and Genepi, the spirit also houses some secret ingredients which have been associated with its production for centuries.
