We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary.
All UK standard parcels are sent via a DPD tracked and signed for 48h service. Express or tracked deliveries will be sent via DPD or DHL, depending on the size and weight of the items. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the relevant tracking information via email.

We offer London same day delivery, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered by 6pm same day. Orders placed after 12pm will arrive by 6pm on the next working day.

Click & Collect
Orders can be collected from our West London studio on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
You will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of being placed, however during busy periods this timeframe may be longer. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. We will also require a photo ID such as passport or driving license for any orders containing alcohol.

EU Delivery
Shipping to Europe
We ship all EU orders through our studio in Amsterdam to ensure you receive your order without paying any duties or taxes.
Once your order leaves our London warehouse and is on route to our Amsterdam studio, you’ll receive an email notification with an update. Please note that due to this transfer process, dispatch may take slightly longer than the usual 24 hours.
Once in Amsterdam, orders are typically shipped via DPD or DHL. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
For customers outside the EU, please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Notifications & Returns
Notifications
Standard parcels are sent with Royal Mail tracked 48h. Express or tracked deliveries will be sent using either DPD, or DHL depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the parcel is dispatched you will receive the relevant tracking information via email.
Returns
If you’d like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. On receipt of the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Regrettably, any delivery costs will not be refunded (although some exceptions do apply).
Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us if you have received a faulty item via email.
Non-personalised products are refundable if they are returned to us in re-saleable condition. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, and refunds can be issued via credit note if preferred.
