You can view your points balance when logged in, both on the 'Expert Gifting Club' landing page and within your online account. Once you have enough points to earn a voucher, head to your 'Wallet' and select the reward you would like to redeem. This will create a discount code, which can be applied at checkout in the 'Discount Code' box. You can also convert points directly into discounts at checkout. Please note, discount codes cannot be used on food and drink items. A minimum spend of £25 is required to redeem any loyalty reward or points discount.

Points are valid from 12 months from issue.
