- Who is Karen? Karen (57) works on the London Underground and lives in Walthamstow.
- Karen: Blackcurrent leaf on the nose. On the palette lots of white peach and sherbet. Invigorating and thought provoking, just the way we like it.
- Who is Esi? Esi (28) is a cupcake, cake, confectionary artist who was based in East London back in 2022. She’s now in Manchester. Look her up on @coybiscuit or About Coy Biscuit | Coy Biscuit
- Esi: Sherbety, with aromas of nectarines and rhubarb
- Who is Susana? Susana (43) is a lovely Spaniard who lives in north London and works as a performance director.
- Susana: A light bodied aromatic red with lovely freshness. Strawberries, cherries and vanilla with some spicy notes. This wine is delicate and elegant with long finish.
- Who is Bridget? Bridget lives only a few miles away from where the grapes for this wine were grown in Tower Hill Stables Animal Sanctuary
- Bridget: Raspberries, cream, white pepper
