Do you ship globally?

Yes, we do! Please go to our delivery page for your more details on pricing and timings for your shipping country.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to return or exchange an item from your order, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to notify us and return your item(s). Personalised items are non-refundable, unless of course they are faulty or not as ordered. Please visit our returns page for more information on returning an item to us.

Can I collect an order?

Yes, absolutely. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can always arrange to drop by and collect your order from our West London studio. You can find our full address and more details here.

How quick is personalisation?

All personalisation is completed by hand in our London studio, which means we can complete your order in a number of hours rather than days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however during busy periods, dispatch times may vary.

Can I send the items in my order to different addresses?

Sadly not, multiple items in one order will be shipped to the one address selected at checkout. If you want to ship items separately, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Packaging is a key part of our service and our identity, so all orders are lovingly prepared and come in our stylish signature packaging. If you’re after an extra flourish, complimentary gift cards and gift boxes can be added to your basket.

Do you sell gift cards

Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased between £10 & £100 and delivered via email. You can purchase a gift card here.

Do you include receipts in the box?

As we like to treat all orders as gifts, we don't include any paperwork. If however, you need a receipt, you can email us here.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately we can't take orders over the phone, however if you need help placing your order our customer service team are happy to help. All our contact details can be found here.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes in some cases, but once an order has been placed, we are not able to guarantee that changes can be made. This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalised products which have been received as ordered. However please call us on 02037907790 or email us, and we’ll be very happy to amend your order if we can.
