All UK standard parcels are sent via a DPD tracked and signed for 48h service. Express or tracked deliveries will be sent via DPD or DHL, depending on the size and weight of the items. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the relevant tracking information via email.

Shipping to Europe
We ship all EU orders through our studio in Amsterdam to ensure you receive your order without paying any duties or taxes.
Once your order leaves our London warehouse and is on route to our Amsterdam studio, you’ll receive an email notification with an update. Please note that due to this transfer process, dispatch may take slightly longer than the usual 24 hours.
Once in Amsterdam, orders are typically shipped via DPD or DHL. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
For customers outside the EU, please note that you are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

Shipping to the US - What to Expect
From 29 August 2025, U.S. customs duties apply to all parcels entering the country. To give you choice and transparency, we offer two delivery options:
- DHL 2-4 Working days / Express Duty Paid (DDP) – The simplest option. All duties and tariffs are included in your checkout price. Your order will arrive with no extra fees to pay on delivery.We recommend DDP if you prefer a fully prepaid, hassle-free delivery.
- DPD Tracked / Economy (DAP) – A lower-cost option. Duties and tariffs are not included in the checkout price. The carrier will contact you directly to collect U.S. import charges before delivering your parcel.
