Collecting Your Order

Orders can be collected from our West London studio on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
You will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of being placed, however during busy periods this timeframe may be longer. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you. We will also require a photo ID such as passport or driving license for any orders containing alcohol.
