Returns

The following returns policy applies to all UK, European and International orders:

If you would like to return or exchange an item from your order you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to notify us and return your item(s). Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused.

How to return your order:

1. Notify us via email that you wish to return your order, stating your order number in the subject line

2. Return your item(s) to us at the address below via your preferred delivery method, ensuring to obtain a proof of postage receipt. Regrettably at this time we are unable to cover return postage.

3. Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Although we expect it to be much sooner, please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear back in your account.

If you return the item to us at your own cost we will issue you with a full refund including the standard delivery costs. In some instances, we may provide you with a returns label and if you use it we will issue you a full refund excluding the delivery costs.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving your order, so we can resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement. Any items deemed faulty can be returned to us free of charge.
