Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we do! Please go to our delivery & returns page for your exact shipping country transit times. UK express orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.
Are your products sustainable?
At Not-Another-Bill we understand how important it is to take actionable steps towards a more sustainable future.
Nobody is perfect, including us, but we have begun making gradual changes that minimise our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint, hopefully making us a brand that future generations will be proud of.
From recycled leather goods to sustainably sourced packaging, we show commitment to ethical suppliers so you can be safe in the knowledge that we put the planet and its people first.
What is your returns policy?
Personalised items are non-refundable, unless of course they are faulty or not as ordered. If so, please accept our apologies and send an email including a picture of the received product.
Non-personalised products are refundable if they are returned to us in re-saleable condition.
*All returns must be processed within 14 days and can be issued via credit note if preferred*
Can I collect an order?
Yes, absolutely. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can always arrange to drop by and collect from our West London studio (Unit 10,69 St Mark’s Road, W10 - Nearest Tube - Ladbroke Grove).
How quick is personalisation?
All personalisation is completed by hand in our London studio, this means we can complete your order in a number of hours rather than days.
Product & Ordering
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Packing is a key part of our service and our identity, so all orders are lovingly prepared and come in our stylish signature packaging.
If you’re after an extra flourish, we do offer gift boxes which can be personalised. Gift notes are also available on our luxurious card.
Can I add a gift message?
Absolutely, It will be printed onto a luxurious, high-quality gift card (just make sure you include who it is from– unless you want it to be a surprise).
Do you sell gift cards
Yes, we certainly do, you can choose multiples of £25. The card itself comes in a presentation box. You can choose to write your own gift note or let us add one. You can find it here.
Do you include receipts in the box?
No. We like to keep our parcels looking like presents, and a receipt doesn't exude a sense of occasion. We do sometimes include a packing sheet that will not show any pricing information. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you
Can a gift be returned?
Yes. If the product is faulty you have 14 days to notify us and return your parcel. We can arrange to collect from you or refund your return postage should this be the case. If you decide you don’t like a gift, or that it is unsuitable, you can also return it to us within 14 days. However, it must be in completely re-saleable and unused condition, with all the relevant parts included in the original parcel. We will then issue a refund or credit note if preferred. Please note personalised goods cannot be returned or refunded due to their bespoke nature.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, one of our dedicated sales team can take your order over the phone, please give us a ring on 02037907790 if that is your preferred way to pay.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, however time is off the essence as we process orders very quickly. Please call us on 02037907790 or email and we’ll be very happy to amend your order if we can. However, once personalised, products cannot be refunded or amended.

Yes. We are proud to have our products sold in selected retailers across the globe. We love hearing from stockists who understand our ethos to gifting, and who share our passion for design-led products. Please get in touch with us here.

Absolutely, we have a dedicated corporate team dedicated to ensuring that gifting to clients and colleagues is done as effectively and memorably as possible. We can work across a broad range of projects and have the capacity and expertise to manage all stages from concept to creation, delivery and global fulfilment.
