What is the Expert Gifting Club?
We've created our Expert Gifting Club (previously the Rewards Club) to reward you for shopping on Not Another Bill. Each time you order from us, you will earn points which go towards vouchers to spend on future purchases. If you already have an account with us, simply sign in and start shopping. If you don’t yet have an account, you can create one here.
I already have an account, do I need to sign up?
No! We have automatically added our loyalty programme to your existing account so please just log in as usual. If you have any trouble, you can contact our Customer Service team via Chat or Email.
How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points with us. You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend at notanotherbill.com, as well as earning by referring your friends, leaving us a review and much more. When you make a purchase, please note the points earned will take two weeks to be approved and ready to redeem.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can view your points balance when logged in, both on the ‘Expert Gifting Club’ landing page and within your online account. Once you have enough points to earn a voucher, head to your ‘Wallet’ and select the reward you would like to redeem. This will create a discount code, which can be applied at checkout in the ‘Discount Code’ box.
You can also convert points directly into discounts at checkout. Please note, discount codes cannot be used on food and drink items.
Do my points expire?
No! There is currently no expiry date on points.
How do I redeem my birthday reward?
To wish you a Happy Birthday we will gift you 1000 points! You will need to add a valid birth date to your rewards account to receive this reward. This reward will become available on your birthday.
I've made an order but I didn't receive any points!
Please get in touch and our team will be happy to help resolve this. Either click on Chat icon at the bottom left of the page, or you can email us. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays).
How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance within your account, or alternatively on our rewards page.
I've referred a friend, what happens now?
Thank you for referring us to a friend! They will receive 20% off their first order over £35 and two weeks after their order is confirmed you will receive 600 points from us.
