What is the Rewards Club?
We've created the Rewards Club to reward you for shopping on Not Another Bill.
Sign in with your usual account details or create a new account, shop with us and start earning!
How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points with us. You will earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, as well as earning by referring your friends, leaving us a review and much more.
When you make a purchase, the points earned take two weeks to be approved and ready to redeem.
I already have an account, do I need to sign-up?
No! We've added our loyalty programme on to your existing account so please login as usual. If you have any trouble please contact us on LiveChat or by emailing us.
How do I redeem rewards?
To cash in your points and redeem your discounts, select the reward of your choice in the 'rewards' section and your discount will be instantly available via a code. You can apply this code at checkout in the 'discount code' section before you pay.
Do my points expire?
No! There is currently no expiry.
How do I redeem my birthday reward?
To wish you a Happy Birthday we will gift you 600 points!
You will need to add a valid birth date to your rewards account to receive a valid birthday reward. This reward will become available on your birthday.
I've made an order but I didn't receive any points!

How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance within your account, or alternatively on our rewards page.
I've referred a friend, what happens now?
Thank you for referring a friend! They will receive 15% off their first order over £35 and two weeks after their order is confirmed you will receive 600 points from us.
